Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Zenma Design's shipping department is open from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST are processed the following business day if its in stock . 

 

Production Time & Shipping

All of our pieces are handmade to order with great care and attention to detail.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our work and recent changes in our production process, please note the following:

Standard production & shipping time is 3–4 weeks

Express or rush shipping is no longer available

No exceptions can be made

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.

 

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Each item is created exclusively for you. We do not keep large inventories, and all designs are produced in limited, exclusive quantities. We kindly ask you to respect our craftsmanship and the time, energy, and intention that go into every piece.


How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter your tracking number to see the updated shipping status. This varies by courier.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day but longer than 6 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing due to the high quality and handmade garments .

 

Damaged Items During Shipping

We take great care in packaging every order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

Clear photos and/or video of the damaged item and original packaging must be provided

The damage must be clearly related to shipping, not wear, misuse, or handling

Please note:

We do not offer refunds

Approved cases may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion

This policy does not apply to damage caused after delivery or intentional handling

Failure to report damage within 48 hours will void any eligibility for review.

Important International Customer Information:

Please be aware that Zenma Design is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for hold times of packages by customs. Our prices on our online website do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur when purchasing and importing our items to your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are completely outside of our control. Zenma Design is not responsible for international customers not being notified by their countries postal authority that their items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes prior to delivery. Please keep an eye on your shipping and tracking numbers provided to avoid delays! Thank you kindly!
