What is our return policy?

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted

Refunds are not available

 

Size Exchanges (Costumes Only)

You can submit your request from your client account, or message us at support@houseofzenma.com
You have 14 days from your purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags and liners attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange, no exceptions. As of now we only offer exchanges for items that require different sizes. Your replacement order will ship after we receive your return at our Miami warehouse.

We offer size exchange only under the following conditions:

The item must be the same model/design

Exchange is allowed only for a different size

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition


Please note:

We do not exchange items for a different design or style

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email support@houseofzenma.com name, order #, a description of the issue and pictures if the item is damaged so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible!
